Hotel murah di Elmvale

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and...

"I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep."
