"There is an odor in the hallways and even stronger in the actual hotel rooms. It is a very unpleasant odor. The smell is like a cross between burning rubber and body odor. Also, the toilet did not flush very well and by the time we left, it was all blocked up. I don’t know if it is some type of low flow toilet, but all I can say is that it barely had any suction and did not work at all by the time we left the next morning. And we were only there overnight."

"This property surpassed our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. The available snacks and drinks were a fantastic touch. The house has been preserved beautifully. The outside yard/patio space and front porch were covered and perfect for relaxing. By far one of my favorite stays amongst my travels. Highly recommend."

"It's an old mansion, so there are multiple level of stairs up to the front entrance. The breakfast was included and they were great! Our room was spacious and bathroom recently updated. The only negative I can think of is the room was chilly and there is no thermostat. The heat and A/C are centrally controlled. We really enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was nicer than our more expensive "suite" at the Hyatt Regency in Niagara Falls!"

"Stayed just one night. Wanted to be close to the train station and the beginning of the Erie Canal Trail. The hotel is a classic older building but is in need of some renovation. Dinghy. Room smelled like someone was smoking a cigar in it before our stay. No restaurant, breakfast or coffee. Desk clerk was bored/disinterested. Gave us a recommendation for local coffee shop which turned out to be no longer in business. Rooms aren’t cheap. For the money, I’d suggest staying at other hotels in the...
