"The person at the front desk was not very personable and did not change my account correctly even after i asked her 3x. I had to deal with it the next day with the Manager which was very frustrating and could of been avoidable. I also felt like the Manager thought it was no big deal!"

"Dislike the valet parking, especially when it's busy (it was on a Sat. night). Lobby was one floor up from entrance (not easy with luggage). Breakfast was the usual but it was well stocked. The room was clean with plenty of lighting and outlets."

"My rating would be 4.5 but not given that option. Best hotel breakfast we have recently had. The eggs actually tasted like eggs. I think Bob is name of man who takes care of breakfast, and is shuttle driver. He was great. He indicated hotel is about to be totally renovated. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The only disappointment is pool is only open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. When I checked out the pool the following day the water was cloudy. There was definitely a chemical...

"位置不错，穿过马路就是河边的景观公园。酒店入口还不错，但一进大堂感觉特别乱，因为塞满了各种功能。酒店的健身房看起来不错，但房间面积很小，层高低所以有点压抑。整体性价比一般。"

"The staff was excellent and location convenient. I’d say the hotel room itself was a bit more basic than I’m used to with Hilton garden express. Also fairly noisy when I stayed with thin walls. Parking was great, and amenities good"

"This property should not hold a Marriott flag.
Stains on the lobby furniture. Carpets in the hallway dirty. In the room: black mold in the shower, the ceiling has signs of leaks and unfinished ceiling and window sill work. The desk clerk on the second shift was resistant to giving a couple of extra towels."
