"I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. No elevators, no cots, snack as breakfast (literally apple chips). The games room was a joke and the staff couldn't help with anything."
"All the amenities are decent enough with the exception of the parking situation. I understand that Downtown parking in Spokane is at a premium but there's no reason that I can see why I should have been asked to pay for parking when I spend as much on a four night stay as I did at the Centennial. Thankfully they did comp the parking prior to my arrival otherwise I probably would have changed my reservations."
"Overall, our stay was decent. The property was beautiful, clean, and offered plenty of amenities for families. The rooms were comfortable, and there was a lot to enjoy during our visit.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and at times the customer service came across as dismissive. The pool staff were also a bit overly protective and strict when enforcing rules, which sometimes took away from the relaxed vacation atmosphere. While safety is important and appreciated, a friendlier approach would have gone a long way.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay and made some great family memories. With more consistent customer service and a warmer approach from certain staff members, the guest experience could be significantly improved."
"Great place to stay, with a great location to access the downtown attractions. Staff was helpful and rooms were amazing. Price is on the steeper side which is to be expected of a place of this caliber."
