"The room was clean but was not as advertised. The room was supposed to have a couch but there was no couch in the room. Instead, there was just a chair placed where the couch should have been. There was a hole the size of a fist in the carpet in the room and the toilet seat was extremely loose upon arriving. I did contact the front desk and they went up and fixed the toilet seat. For the price that they advertised the room for, for one night it was not worth the cost. It needs better...

"The tv didn’t work in our room and the phone also didnt work to call the front desk to ask about the tv. There was not any soap in the body wash container in the shower, at least there was one bar soap to use."

"The room was nice. One of the nicest hotel
showers I’ve seen. The pool and hot tub were also great. We missed getting to breakfast but the coffee bar was nice. Fresh ground coffee from beans is a nice feature. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again."
