"The kitchenware have residue and some food still stuck to it. We had to wash everything again to ensure it was clean. Worst part is that there was significant construction, There was no email warning us before we booked/before we arrived, which would have been appreciated. They were not accommodating to this which was disappointing"

"ホテルがわかりにくく､かなり時間ロスした。
鍵をもらうのに連絡がとれず､同じアパートの人に助けられて､やっと部屋に入ることができました。スーツケースを預けることが出来ず､スーツケースを持ったままグエル公園に行くはめになりました。
部屋はキレイで冷蔵庫も大きく､洗濯機もあったので助かった。ただ､タオル交換､清掃を毎日行われなかったので､困りました。
これから行く人､気をつけてください。
