In May 2026, there is a lot of construction work in the areas immediately adjacent to the hotel on both the north and east sides. There is noise from the construction during the day, but it stops before the evening. The roads to the north and south of the hotel are closed for the construction, meaning a slightly longer walking route to the beach. "Rooms were a good size. A plus was a bath and shower although you have improvise and make your own plug . The bar is a bit limited but there are plenty of nearby places. A big plus is its right next to the bus and train station and the number 1 tram line which gives you access to the rest of the city.
