"Unclean room. Toothpaste still in bathroom sink. Ash trays un empty outside door with gross stained seats outside. Bit grimy. crappy pillows. Average matress. Key was hard to get into door . Stunk pretty bad like smokers had beennin there and masked with spray. Should have been 80 dollars a night not 160"

"Extremely clean, convenient, pool is absolutely amazing & warm!! (Even when it’s pouring rain-from personal experience). Very quiet, excellent area for nearby restaurants & the odd cocktails. Highly recommend staying here. You’ll love it. 👍😁"

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier."

"The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. I did and Expedia were very helpful and I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Considering the reviews, I can only imagine the...

"Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room"
