"Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work."

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

I liked the concept very much that there is a lobby on every floor with basic ingredients like tea, coffee, and even a small library. Finally, the location was great, it was a serene place yet just walking distance from Connaught Place. "
