"Nicely positioned with a balcony overlooking the main square. A two minute walk to the castle behind. Excellent pasta in the restaurant below and of course the Italian gelato was welcome."

On my last night, I was locked out of my room after reception had closed. There was no visible emergency contact at the front desk, and if one exists, it certainly wasn’t made clear. "テラスがついた木造の素敵な部屋に宿泊しました。滞在中に電気のブレーカーが落ち、焦っていたときに親切なスタッフさんが嫌な顔をせず、すぐに対応してくれとても嬉しかったです。また立地も駅から徒歩7分で便利でした。ドライヤーが使えなかった点だけマイナスポイントでしたが、ツェルマットに来た時はまた利用したいホテルです！ ありがとうございました！"
