"A good location, really spacious family room. We lots of issues from no access to balcony, no washing machine, car park taken - the staff were fantastic to deal with but it was really tricky and disappointing with two little kids. The room we had was not safe for a moving baby (stairs, bed big glass vases) but we made do. The pool is absolutely freezing, like an ice bath. "

"Enjoyed our stay and the great ocean views from our room and balcony on the 17th floor! The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed. Staff were lovely and responsive.
