Hotel Murah di Emerald Bay

"Overall the hotel was great! The staff were excellent! The breakfast was also great! My only complaint was the room. It was very dated. It smelled very musty when we entered the room and that never improved. My grandson has asthma issues and ended up with a respiratory infection when we returned from our trip. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rooms had mold in them as well. I do hope the hotel takes this under consideration and do some remodeling so future guests don’t have to deal with issues...

"We stood 2 nights and overall our stay was pretty good. My girls enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good. We stood on the 1st floor which was a bad choice on our part because we could hear footsteps all throughout the night. If you are able, I suggest staying on the top floor. The place is really nice plus the staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurants and entertainment nearby."

"The meals were a big surprise. They were delicious, and to get two meals was amazing. The room was comfortable, and I think we were both surprised at the full kitchen, even though we didn't use it. The affordable price was a surprise as well. This is a place where you could relax and spend a week. The only thing lacking was a beach view. :)"

"my day was as pleasant as you can expect from a best Western hotel. The beds were nice. The linens were clean. The towels were white, and the room was well-maintained. The staff however, was mediocre at best. My check-in experience was great, but my checkout experience not so much. After checking out I stayed in the business center for two hours in order to follow up with business before my flight later that day. At some point between 11 AM and 2 PM (which was when I left the business center)...

"Very nicely renovated motel. Check in was easy. Tons of large parking spaces. Very clean room (a little on the small side) but who cares when it was so clean. Bathroom shower was one of the better ones I've used in a hotel (great water pressure, high shower head really nice since I'm 6'5 and most hotel showers hit me in the chest. only complaint was towels provided were really small. Easy fix though bought one at the Costco down the street). Easy freeway access. Tons of shopping and restaurants...

"I have stayed at various hotels that have kitchen and offers breakfast buffet. By far this has been the best one my family have stayed. The layout was nice and not cramped and the decorations are nice. The staff were amazing. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again when we are around the area."
