"This is a very beautiful and very expensive hotel. Everything costs extra. Want to park your car? 29.00 per day. There is an additional 49.00 per day resort fee.a glass if house wine is 18.00 and they include 20% service fee. Oh and its called a beach resort. Want a chair at the beach it will cost you 49.00 for half day. Hmmm. We had to have our refrigerator replaced because it didn't work, then the tv kept going out (not that we were watching it much but it didnt work when we did. The sensor on the balcony door was broken so sometimes we didn’t have a working thermostat because it thought the door was open. I did take advantage of the spa, and had a nice massage, chilled out in the lavender room with a glass of bubbly. Prices were high but expected , they also included a 20% service charge. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A little annoying to have the helicopter tours overhead. Beautiful sunset spot. Restaurant was ok , not great and again very expensive. There is a service charge and some sort if use charge for room service so a 16.00 salad costs over 40. There is free fresh brewed Starbucks coffee on every floor, i would suggest taking advantage of that. I will likely pick another hotel or resort when returning to the area. Overall beautiful and high end, and quite enjoyable. but not worth all the extra fees they charge. "

"Upon arrival 4:45pm our room wasn’t ready when check in is at 4pm. We ended up checking in later in the evening and we didn’t have any bedding for the sofa couch. All the staff was helpful but nothing above and beyond. The facility was decent and breakfast was good. Our shower curtain was old and water ran all over the floor. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location around everything we needed. We were there for a wedding. Beach was 10 mins mainly to find parking. Walmart 6 minutes if you forgot something. Plenty of food options and entertainment close by. "

"No. Did not have breakfast. The top, room darkening shade would not open or close and was stuck 3/4 closed on day one. The room was dark and gloomy. My wife had to use a blanket (held up by draping over chairs) to provide a makeshift cover at night in order to keep passersby from seeing into the room. When maintenance opened it on day 2 of our visit, we still had to pull it down manually in order to close it at night. Since we were there only two days, this made for an unpleasant visit. "

"This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back. The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The shower would splash water all over the floor because half of it was not enclosed in glass. The room itself was small. There are parking fee's. Overall this felt like a 2 star hotel. It was not up to my expectations. I would not recommend this to a family with kids. "
