Good location but would never stay here again. Place was poorly cleaned. Dirty tea towel, dirty floor, had to wash every piece of cutlery and crockery before use.

We were disappointed with the state of the room on check in.The bed was in the middle of the room nowhere near the bed head, the balcony door was wide open with the a/c & fan running & there were dead insects allover the drainer & floor. The drapes only had about 2/3 of the hooks required so sagged & didn't look good. We ate in the room but there was no detergent to wash the dishes afterwards. Shower head had no jets in the rose so it didn't spray, it gushed. Not what I would expect in an "Executive Apartment".

Maybe I missed the information somewhere here on the Hotels.com site but there is no reception at the motel. Booked the accommodation same day we were staying and arrived only to find that we could not check in. Access codes are provided by text message which we had not received. I called the number and got a message bank which was for a different business. Called again and this time it was answered and the codes were provided. Shower was very disappointing. Button was missing off the toilet. Could not get the wifi to work as per the instructions in the room. Overall the room was clean. I would stay here again if the shower was fixed.

Close to shops and other amenities including the golf course. The building is not impressive on arrival and the public areas inside look old, worn and a bit like a boarding house. No interaction with management as you get a code to enter your room and the building. Don't arrive before check in time as the code was not sent until then. The after hours contacts all go to voice mail. personal service - NIL. Room was clean and comfortable .

There really was nothing executive about it. A dark and dirt entrance With stairs up then a long dark hallway to the rooms. The place itself located at the edge of the town’s mall parking lot.

I should have read the reviews before booking this property for 2 nights! At least our shower & aircon worked well, and the bed was comfortable. However there was only 1 thin blanket & the overnight minimum was 4 degrees, so we kept ran the aircon all night. While the bathroom, kitchen bench tops & floors had been given a basic clean, other surfaces were layered with dust & some items in the kitchen cupboards were dirty. We stayed just after Qld opened up post COVID & clearly the property hadn’t followed the proper cleaning processes, which was a concern. We had brought disinfectant with us, and my cloth was often black as I disinfected the surfaces we would touch. The property was also poorly maintained, with a cupboard that wouldn’t close (just needed a screw tightened) and the bathroom basin not draining properly. The basic setup was good, and we enjoyed the view over the golf course. It could be a good place to stay with care & cleaning, but based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend it or stay here again

This hotel was revolting, the room smelt of mould and was covered with dead bugs, including the bed. I bought a can of air freshener which did nothing to hinder the stench of the room. The shower dripped water as the head was blocked up and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. The rooms are above a shop which is extremely noisy in the morning and there is no reception desk to help with customer questions.
