"The room was clean and fresh. The desk staff were kind and helpful. They addressed my airport shuttle needs, notified me when the shuttle arived and sent me on my way with a kind word and smile. Breakfast was hot and tassted great. Breakfast also offered cold options too. A true treat was all the dogs tgat stayed there. I never hear one of them, but it calmed my missing heart for my pups at home."

"Was pleasantly surprised to get to the hotel and get an upgrade to a 2 room suite! Very nice suite, comfortable for us on a girl’s trip. Loved the pancakes and breakfast options. Would definitely stay again. "

"Easy painless check in"

"Overall very good, especially the breakfast. Only recommendation concerns the accessible room. Only one grab bar in the tub. Need more especially on the tub wall. My wife had a difficult time getting in and out. Also the beds were too high for short people with limited mobility. We had to use a step stool. Otherwise recommend this property. "

"We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. It was close to the airport and other amenities. Can't wait to visit Portland again, and we will definitely be staying here again!"

"This Holiday Inn Express is one of the nicest hotels in that chain we have stayed at. Actually very nice compared to their competitors in the same category ie Hampton Inn etc. After being in Italy and enduring their very hard beds it was nice to get back to the US and stay in a nice place with a very comfortable bed! They have a very nice breakfast buffet and have shuttles to and from the airport so I don’t think you could ask for more when looking for a hotel/motel near the Portland airport."

"I didn’t like the idea that I had to pay $16 a day for parking I’ve never heard of any hotel paying to park unless you were actually parking to catch a plane then that’s understandable but I only stayed the night and then you have to pay $16 for the not free continental breakfast per person "
