"My problem is between Expedia and Hampton Kennesaw. We were traveling and needed a place to stay. We used Expedia to find this hotel. My wife entered the wrong date by accident in the car. When we arrived the person at the desk said we were listed for tomorrow not today. He said it happens all the time and just contact Expedia. He even provided the number. We tried twice to get it corrected but never was able to speak to an Expedia representative so we canceled the fitst reservation on the app and entered the correct date. Our stay was fine but we are being charged for the original booking which was entered incorrectly. I contacted Expedia and spoke to a representative who said he would work to get a refund for the original reservation but nothing has happened. This is ridiculous for a company that prides itself in advocating for their customers. I wish someone would look into this for future use of this travel app."
