"Booked a superior studio, room was a good size, clean and had everything needed. Beds very comfortable Location was great, close to cafes, shops and tram line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I would criticise was the condition of the balcony area, looked like it hadn't been tidied for some time."

"The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean enough, although some of the bathroom...

"Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything."

"Booked two rooms during our four nights stay in Melbourne. We were told our booking for the two rooms weren't recorded as one booking, which was weird because we booked under one booking reference. Not sure if thats a mixup from hotels.com or park hyatt. Regardless, we ended up not staying at the same floor, which is not such a big deal. "A delightful oasis in the CBD, close to theatres, with a relaxing roof top terrace. A lovely happy hour provided to all, free drinks between 5pm and 6pm. Access to some superb restaurants via room service. Would happily stay here again"
