"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. "This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from...

"While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. "I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). "Rather clean and maintained. Breakfast staff very friendly. Front desk staff not very informative. just blunt, ask name , took credit card and handed me room keys. Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Didnt need it closed but could be hazardous to someone with small children or someone that didnt look up and just pulled it. the lady at desk on leaving nice. ...

"We were just traveling through Mississippi and decided to stay over for the night. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was clean. The staff friendly. When traveling with pets, so often you are stuck in the old, dingy rooms, but not so with this hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area!"
