"We ( my fiance and I) are locals to the area, and were doing a short stay-cation, we had a comedy show and a concert to go to on the same night. When getting checked in we were talking with one of the front desk staff, im so sorry I cannot remember her name, and she upgraded our room!!! It was so nice and comfy and very much appreciated. As well, that was one of the best continental breakfast I've had at a hotel!!"

"We generally enjoy staying at Hyatt properties and appreciate that each room includes a couch, which adds extra comfort. Unfortunately, this particular hotel did not meet our expectations. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and appeared dirty. Outside the hotel, the garbage bins were overflowing, creating an unkempt first impression. During breakfast, I noticed a shelf next to the buffet that held glass cups. Although the cups were not being used and plastic cups were available, the shelf was covered in a thick layer of dust. Seeing that so close to the food service area was off-putting and raised concerns about cleanliness. Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Great stay for our visit to Boise. The hotel was clean, safe and the location was great. We have recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after disappointing Airbnb experiences, and our stay at the grove reinforced our decision! The road and outside noise was very loud, even though we were on the 12th floor, I guess the earplugs on the nightstand should have been my clue! They did help."

"Room was dirty/nasty. Bathroom was ridiculously small. The ceiling had holes around fixtures for emergency’s. Lights were different colors on ceiling. Only thing good was the mattresses. Very comfy but I also wonder how old they were. Pillow cases had stains on them. No elevator. Hot in hotel lobby and halls. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was lacking big time. We won’t stay there ever again."
