"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!"

"Nice studio apartment room. Parking in the back was kind of tight for a big SUV but we were assigned parking spot 4 which was next to a structural pillar. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Will definitely rent this place again. Very walkable area and next to the river."

"Great stay we were coming from the Aiden which has amazing reviews on here (9) but we weren’t happy with the air not working. We came to the Hampton Inn and got a much better experience. There’s street parking in the back so skip the parking fee if you don’t mind walking half a block (50 ft). Everything is close enough and the parking situation was the cherry on top."

"My boyfriend and I love our stay! It’s walking distance to everything in south congress. Everything was intently put together. I appreciate the staff for letting us check out late. We’re definitely staying here again next time!"

"Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

"Location was great, condo was clean and very nice. Only complaint was lack of towels."

"The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street."

"The garage is very dirty. The walls in hall ways are dirty and paint is chiping away. Elevator has grafity ingraved on metal walls. The room has a weir smell and carpet was torn where it meets the bathroom floor. The worst part is there was no hot water and water was not draining in tub. When i told front desk they did nothing about it. So i took a cold shower. The pictures of website does not match the property."
