"Walked into our room and the AC wasn’t working. Got ready for a concert in a hot 85 degree room. Called for maintenance and that took another 45 mins for someone to respond. It was finally fixed when we came back in the late evening. No sorry or anything from management. Final insult was leaving the next day and paying 50 bucks for parking one night."

"The room was exactly as pictured. Very roomy and the experience of my stay of 2 nights was great. The free breakfast was so delicious. I would totally stay here again and bring my family next time we visit. Customer service and everyone that worked the hotel were all so nice and professional. All American cafe, the waiters/waitresses and bartenders were all so nice."

"Nice hotel for the price. Family friendly, big rooms and no casino. Just across a courtyard from the Flamingo for some restaurant options, not too far from the Bellagio to walk over to the fountain show, right beside the Link and there is a great little alley with restaurants and shops right behind the hotel. Clean room and comfortable beds. My only complaint was that the parking garage is very tight."

"The room was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of light, especially in bathroom for make up. Big mirror for outfit checks. The bed was really comfortable. I didn’t gamble or drink there so no opinion on that but otherwise a great place to stay on the strip"

"Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."
