"We have been there for several extended stays. There were frequently loud fights in the halls and we would have to text the number for help. Once texted the issue did get resolved but we are talking disruption in the early morning hours. The staff never offered to vacuum the room or bring fresh towels. We had to bring a vacuum cleaner in to clean the flours and take the towels out to be washed. IlWe wound up checking out early and asked for a refund for a few days but management never bothered to respond. Sometimes you get what you paid for!"
"Staff was very helpful but building shows some wear and tear. Our door to the room had the metal safety bar torn from the door. We had to prop something up to warn us if anyone tried to break in. That was probably only our room, but it looked like it was like that for awhile. But room was clean and the staff were very helpful."
