"Great location, friendly and helpful staff who help with restaurant bookings, sightseeing plans, and public transportation cards. High level of service which turn down and daily cleaning. Plus free shuttle service to and from the train station. Good communication with staff. Highly recommend and will visit again."

"Such a beautiful place but the dark haired lady with glasses at the front desk talked to me and ridiculed me like a 3 year old about a dinner reservation and chastised me. I'm from the south so we're always polite and smiling. Really didn't appreciate the attitude after spending close to $1000 for two rooms for one night There won't be a next time at this place"

We are from US and they could speak English very well. KUDOS TO STAFF. 2) Great location .. easy access to train + bus and very near to St. Moritz 3) with stay we received free access to public transport + to all the Gondola near around.
