Cari Cottage di Enterprise

"Front desk clerk was extremely helpful and nice. Check in was a breeze. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and fresh as the entire building. I would recommend them over all the hotels we have used in Meridian. Very pleasant and peaceful place to stay."

"This hotel was atrocious! Dirty bed sheets and dirt just everywhere! The bathroom was filthy and I didn’t even want to shower! Thankfully, it was quiet but I was worried if our vehicle was even gonna be out there in the morning. I mean the reviews and options in this town are limited. Thankfully we were only here for the night!"

"Spacious"

"They were overall excellent except mini fridge was really rusted. They do need to change their policy on pets on the websites though, they are saying they are allowed but inside it says they are not."

"non smoking rooms smelled like pot, the acoustic ceiling was falling down in places. The refrigerator did not work. This was a lowest of lows I have ever been in. I would not recommend this unless you had no where else to stay."

"Horrible front desk service !! Servicing me while holding a baby ! Another girl serviced me while fussing on the phone with her bf. BEDBUGS in every room !!! Bugs tore me up !"

"I couldn’t make myself lay on that bed I went down the road I had to get me another place to stay do not recommend to no one"

"Arrived 1:45 a.m. & received my prepaid room quickly. Parking was great, after being directed by clerk to go around back. Right at the door. Would have to pay for breakfast, which looked advertising, but didn't have time to eat. Only thing was I needed a shower cap. But the box in my room was empty. Certain I could have gotten one had i asked. The room refrigerator door was open & hot, so didn't try it as stay was short."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE"

"Guy at the counter wasn't very polite. I told him I had 2 service dogs with me. Was charged $25 each for them, even though it said nothing about that when I reserved and paid through Expedia. I never would have gone there. Plus a $50 deposit."
