Expedia needs to inspect these places before adding to the website. I checked in and the room was torn up. Damaged AC unit not working so is the refrigerator and microwave. Horrible horrible horrible. That location needs a full renovation

Terrible. **please read**

Ot was absolutely terrible. After opening the door 1 minute later i was making a reservation at holiday inn. Wow where to begin. Took 3 minutes of giggling the key tonget the door open, room smelled like rotten cheese, carpet was disgusting and had 20 year old cigarette burns, bed comforters were were dusty and in terrible shape, bathroom was in disrepair and had the old brown cigarette trails all over them, AC/Heater in the room made a terrible noise, the mini fridge was rusty and stained. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS FOR THOS MOTEL ON THE SITE, ITS NOT THE SAME MOTEL!!!! I WOULD 100% RECCOMEND PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY AT A DIFFERENT PLACE!!

Was able to talked someone in the property around 11:20 am and the person and was yelling, mean , inappropriate saying that the check in 2 pm. There are busy checking out clients but no one in the property except for two vehicles ( van & car) that looks flat tires , not a moving car and the property is a unkept, dirty outside. In short the the person who answered me was liar. I called Expedia customer care to handle my concerns and cancel the booking. Expedia tried many times to reached the property and won’t answer. Expedia should remove this kind of establishment in their listing . OYO hotel won’t refund my money. I guess that’s the only venue they can get bu lying , nasty to people . Do not ever go to this place , EVER PLEASE !!!

THE FILTHIES AND DISTUSTING HOTEL EVER

Floor wood was rotten, with a big hole, under disgusting dirty carpet. There were probably rats under the floor. Carpet dirty,old sticky. Dust, spider webs. Faucets detached from wall. Door lock broken, almost got locked inside. Latch was held with little pieces of wood. It's not letting me upload photos. Pillow cases and furniture dirty. Outside surroundings also filthy, pool area is covered in tall grass. Towels old and doubtly washed. A total disaster. They charge $50 CASH as deposit in case you "mess up" something in the room, like if it were possible. Charge $10 just to book online. Charge $10 for each pet per day. You are better and safer off sleeping in your car in front of the police station across the street.

Rooms are in need of repair. Several rooms the air conditioning didn't work. Ceilings falling down in sink area. Several rooms fridge and/or microwave didn't work. Locks on multiple rooms, where the keys didn't work properly. First night we had to take a room, that had no key. As we was told they was overbooked. There was a hole in bathroom wall exposing pipes. The light fixture was hanging from bathroom ceiling, when it should have been recessed. The tiles on bathroom floor was loose, moving when you stepped on them. The toilet was not bolted to floor correctly, shaking every time you sat on it. The wood floors had very soft areas. There was no remote to use for the tv. We had to give a cash deposit of $50 for each room, without being allowed to look at them 1st. When asked for a different room with a working a.c. (for the 2nd day) he refused to move us. Upon check out, he had to check our rooms, before getting our deposits back. I Don't recommend this place to anyone! Don't waste your money, pay a few dollars more, Trust me!

We reserved 3 rooms through Expedia, and drove well over 8 hours after evacuating Florida, only to get there and be told Expedia cancelled my reservation and to take it up with them. I contacted Expedia and they told me my reservation was still active. The agent got in contact with the hotel and they told them I cancelled. Both parties refused to refund me. Expedia put me in the line with an agent who was supposed to find me another hotel, and after 30 minutes on hold, they cut the call. I had to contact my bank and file a dispute for the charge. I refuse to pay for a service I wasn’t given. I have also filed a complaint with alabamas AG, this is such a dishonest way of doing business, and they take advantage of the need of others. Needless to say, don’t stay there!

DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT ONLINE

Hotel would not honor our reservation. We fouhs this out after driving 6 hours with pets evacuating. We arrived to find out we had NO ROOM because the 2 bedroom apartment I rented could only be rented on a monthly basis. I asked if we could have 2 standard rooms then. We were stranded now and needed somewhere to say. I was told no, and he had no options for me. I had to find a hotel over 80 miles away. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I had made a booking but the owner (I guess) said that the motel was full and no room for me, basically out of luck and even better I should not have used a booking service like Expedia, and paid on arrival, to me a very shady practice and would not refund the money and take it up with Expedia.
