"The food was great but the rooms not great. My 1st room was so noisy I hardly got any sleep and was moved to another room where the bathroom smelt so badly of mould. The food was good and steam room good. The sauna handle fell off which was not great, as hard to get in and out. "

Then they only do bins and make beds. They never removed any dirty cups or glasses during our stay. The concept is amazing and some parts are outstanding whilst others require a lot of attention."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed.
