"Clean, well maintained, great breakfast"

"The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and nice. You get a room with clean towels one bar of soap and one tube of shampoo. This is an extended stay facility so their are no boxes of kleenex and even though there are cook facilities you would need to bring your own pots, pans, dishes etc. We had a family above us and the kid (or kids) raced back and forth and moved chairs starting at around 5 until 11:30 PM. It was hard to sleep. We talked to the front desk after the second night...

"This hotel had nothing special, but good people and good location to several nearby restaurants (Hacienda Real was good for us). The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was essentially waffle maker or cereal. If you want nicer amenities, a bigger breakfast, or more to do in a hotel this is not the place for you. If you are simply looking for a more affordable hotel to sleep in this is a good spot. For my travel purposes, I would have no issue staying there again in the future."

"This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates."

"Caveat-No coffee in room. I asked them to bring it to the room but it never arrived. Geez, Holiday Inn, I paid $400 a night and have to request a coffee pot? Clean rooms, mostly accommodating staff. All in all, it was a pleasant stay."

"The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy."

"Pros: The staff were all friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The location was nice and quiet. Cons: The breakfast looked very unappetizing. They did have yogurt,so that saved the day. The picnic table in the back needs to maybe be replaced. That was the only outdoor area for gathering. We didn’t use the pool area. There was a small pool and hot tub. Overall, it was decent for what we paid."

"Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. "First off, the room we booked, a 2 bedroom suite was not available even though I booked it months before the trip. Ended up getting 2 rooms across the hall from each other. Rooms were clean, the lady at check in was a bit overwhelmed, was a bit stressed over our room being given away. Breakfast was okay. It was nice having the full kitchen since my daughter had to wash bottles and her pumping equipment."
