"We arrived 2 hours too early, but that wasnt a problem. We were greeted with a cold mocktail and could check in immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Room was very clean, modern and spacious. Kitchen was perfectly equiped. We had an amazing view of the see and mountainbikers (not every room has this). Amazing accommodation with 2 pools, enough beds and every pool has a great bar. We did eat once at the buffet, which has a good selection of food, good quality and friendly service....

"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia). "Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for."
