"The Swan is a very nice place to stay at Disney World, especially if you spend any time at Epcot, Hollywood Studios or the Boardwalk, which are all accessible by speedy water taxi. The breakfast was also quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable."

"You advertise a shuttle to Disney. You do not say it is very limited on the times, and there were no shuttle services to Disney in the morning. I selected your hotel because I thought it would provide a critical serivce since my husband is handicapped. Your hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice.

"Very clean.
Helpful staff. Breakfast was more than sufficient.
We didn’t use the pool but it was from 3’ to 5’ deep It appeared small but adequate. We used a washer and dryer - they seemed very new and worked great.
Ana Dominguez was one of the front desk people. She’s friendly , helpful and fluent in English, Spanish and French … maybe more. "
