The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap."

"What made our stay was Mercia - she was charming, calm & warm. Although the new owner is upgrading we had issues with our coffee making facilities in our room which we understand is in hand. Glorious breakfast,and couple of hours by the pool. We will for sure go back! 💯 "

"Still don't know how Expedia managed to call what we rented "3 ROOMS" when they were clearly three FLATS. There was room for 15 for the 5 of us (we oriiginally reserved 7 but 2 of our guests bailed. thought that was a waste of our money. "

"Dune Ridge is situated in its own fenced grounds and so is very quiet and secure. The owner and all the staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Dinner can be taken at the property and was excellent as was breakfast. Plenty of choice of wines."
