"We were very comfortable - the only issue was with whoever serviced the room: it was done promptly, and the beds were made very nicely and the trash was taken out, but towels weren't fully replaced (hand towels and bathmat were taken but not replaced) dirty coffee cups and spoons were left in the room, coffee supplies weren't replenished and a window was left open, letting in flies and allowing the room to get overly warm.
