I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The did not seem to have been dusted, or vacuumed. The bathroom sink did not look to be cleaned and had what appeared to be makeup residue all over it. The soap dispensers were nearly empty. You are only given 2 bath towels and a tiny floor mat. The wall next to the bed appeared to have things smeared on the wall. There must be a night club attached to the building because you can hear and feel the bass of the music until 3AM. Even with ear plugs you can still hear the music and feel the vibrations.

Ce fut ma deuxième visite dans ce lieu d'hébergement. Extrêmement bien situé (en plein coeur de Londres) - il est donc très facile de ce servir de l'hôtel comme un hub à partir duquel planifier ses activités en périphérie. Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. J'y retournerai!

The rooms were very poorly laid out and didn’t have any glasses, fridge, shower door c shower storage, or extra pillows. We asked for pillows three times and never received any. The hotel staff was not polite and seemed bothered when approached. Worst part was the smoke detector was set off by the shower steam and we had to change rooms at 10pm. No accommodation apology was offered and they spoke to us as if it inconvenienced them. the location was the only positive.

Kleinste Zimmer in meinem Leben wo ich je war. Einzig gute an diesem Hotel ist die Lage der Rest Katastrophe. So ein kleines Zimmer 0 Privatsphäre Bad wird getrennt mit einer Schiebetüre aus Glas. Keine Fenster ich habe Angst bekommen 3 Tage ohne Fenster in so einem kleinen Zimmer. Für diesen Preis nie wieder. Keine Klobürste im Zimmer ????? Zimmer war nicht sauber

The location of this hotel is great, but unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. Our room had no windows, felt dark and claustrophobic, and had almost no space to store or hang clothes. Basic amenities were inconvenient, like having to go to another floor just to iron. Housekeeping was also terrible—our room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, and towels were never replaced during our stay. They also charge £15 per bag for luggage storage, which felt excessive. The absolute worst part was finding a bed bug crawling on our bed sheets the morning we were leaving. I had been waking up with painful, itchy bites on my legs and thought they were mosquito bites, but seeing the bed bug confirmed otherwise. It was disgusting and disturbing to realize I had spent two nights sleeping in those conditions. I ended up needing medical attention after returning home because of how severe the bites became. Staff seemed unfazed when I reported it, which was honestly shocking. Between the poor service, hidden fees, and serious bed bug issue, I would never stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in No windows still under construction My room didn’t get cleaned once in my 7 night stay I asked 3 seperate times for a clean and new towels and was told we only clean after 5 nights Signage terrible No staircase to get yo and down to avoid waiting for lifts Very disorientating as there is no natural light anywhere.. feels like a bunker

Amazing location. lovely fresh reception, always staff around, smelt lovely. lots of lifts. carpets in corridors for rooms very stained. door to our corridor you had to swipe card to gain access, but didnt work, so anyone could just walk around. no hairdryers in rooms, just 10 ish for the whole hotel in 2 'beauty rooms'. one of the plugs in our room didnt work

Kept awake by maintenance hammering in the room above us to 11pm then woken up again to the sound of hammering and power tools at 8am in the morning. Room was not soundproof as we could hear people arguing in the room beside us. Hallway carpets covered in stains.

Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation.

The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout. The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho. The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. We would definitely stay here again as the price is reasonable considering location.

The room and hotel were ideal for our needs, few bits of cosmetic maintenance needed but nothing major. Either need fitted sheets of the housekeepers need to be trained to make sure the sheets are on secure, I had to remake both beds to get the sheets to stay on.

When checked in, the iPad doesn’t work while typed in my information. That is your only way of check in and out, it should have been check daily are they working properly or not. Apart from that room is what you need for a night stay. There only one towel each. Face towel would have been helpful.

What a depressing and budget hotel, it's not what we expected with their selling point of being calm/good wellbeing with no windows only lights. The good point for the hotel that it was close for our visits and a good shower

The property was fantastic for myself and my friend doing the half marthon. So conveniently positioned in the heart of London. We did struggle a bit without a window or hair dryer but we got used to it. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
