"Was supposed to have AC and didn’t, was extremely hot inside despite it dropping to low temperatures outside. Had windows open with no screens but it still didn’t cool and allowed very noisy people to wake us at 12:30 and 4 am talking loudly on street under our window. Was supposed to have a clothes dryer and didn’t.
