We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly. I can't imagine a better hotel in all of Erzurum.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfast is amazing and the staff are so helpful. Location is brilliant, so many places to eat just outside of the hotel. The only issue I found is noise transfers from the room above as the floors are all tiled.

Luxurious hotel stop in Erzurum.

We were not sure what to expect when we booked the hotel as the city of Erzurum is described as a transport hub, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a great hotel. Warm cozy and chic with modern decor. We both had our best sleeps in two weeks travelling the Anatolia region. Breakfast was excellent huge choice and coffee also which has been the first time also we were able to drink a hot coffee for breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay in Hotel Zade

Nice hotel in an attractive place. By Walking distance from Arzorum Castle and other attractions. The room is pleasantly furnished. The breakfast is good and staff is efficient. The only disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. When it's 43 degrees outside, this disadvantage is unbearable. Therefore, I will recommend the hotel only during winter time
