"Very impressed with work done upgrading motel. Fixtures are modern. Room very clean. Pillows a tad too big for what we are use to. Ocean view excellent. Fire pits/bbq great to have. Pool table, games, golf putting good to have. Free coffee and a good selection. Our room did not have anywhere to hang clothing. Not sure if work still in progress. Lighting over table/chairs a little too bright. Same as kitchen light. Need a decent size lamp for medium light. Light fixture at bed we had to ask how to turn on as I need to read at night. Device comes out, hit button to turn on. A little strange. Balcony door blind is one big piece. To get any kind of privacy on ground floor ocean view whole blind must come down. We were worried about breaking chain on blind as was stiff/tough to work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back, "

"This is the main place i stay when in town. Love the room size, convenient location if you have a car and that every room has a lake view. "

"We had a room across from the ice machine and the elevator. I was concerned about that but the machine was quiet all night and so was the elevator. However I would still ask for another room our next stay there."

"Beautiful, rustic and impeccably maintained. Grotto is very relaxing. Hotel accommodation was was relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were very good. Access to beach for a walk was very handy. Overall great service and atmosphere. "
