"Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. "The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay. "

They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. "Loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool areas lovely and beach across the road was super easy to get too. I worked one day and the wifi was strong enough to have video calls without hassle. Breakfast was very good, the range of options excellent. "The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic.
