The service was awesome. TV with cast play, towel warmers, amazing view of the city/mountains. They provided a crib for my daughter and bottle water when we needed. They will ensure a taxi whenever you need it.

Family holiday!

Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful

Great staff and location. We lost a set of AirPods in our room and they went above and beyond to find them for us. The location is central and there is parking underground.

Good location

It’s not ok that you have to pay for spa, when you stay at a spa hotel. Wallet parking is ok, but it’s not ok that you cann’t have your car before 9 am. Parkingi s expensive. Location is good. Breakfast is ok. At a 4 star hotel I expect indivudual shampoo and shower gel.

Terrible customer service, you ask for extra things or help and they never deliver! The only two starts are gave to his rating is one for a view to mountains from Superior room only, and closeness to shopping/restaurants. The spa/ swimming pool is for 24 euros per person even for hotel guests! This should be for free or low fee with access of 1h for hotel guests! We didnt go to the restaurant.

This hotel is so-so. It is dated and in need of renovation. The "spa" pool is really dated complete with mirrors from the late 70's/early 80's and a mural. The bathrooms in the pool area are unsightly. Our room had a great view and terrace, but the bed was uncomfortable, the linens were okay, but the decor was very dated. The massage staff, however, were excellent. Unfortunately, navigating the rest of the staff was very difficult unless you speak Catalan - which we do not (English, French, and a tiny bit of Spanish). Although the property advertises parking and valet, it was nonexistent. Same is true for "room service" which was a dicey proposition. The location was terrific and right in the heart of the shopping district and dining. The walk is about 2 blocks to Caldea.

Our maid was AWESOME!!! The rest of the the facility could definitely use an upgrade! I felt like I was in the 1960s and not in a good way. The room was rather hot. I cannot figure out how to use the heater or the air conditioner. If we left the door open, it smelled like exhaust fumes. This was a no-win situation. We got there a few minutes before check-in and the way to leave. Our bags was not fully explained. And we were never offered our two free drinks per day.

Cuidado en este Hotel, tu contratas una HABITACIÓN y te dan otra. Contrate el ático QUE TIENE una capacidad de 4 adultos (eramos 3 adultos y un niño de 15 años) y me dieron una habitación con cama matrimonio, una cama supletoria y un sillón individual que se hacia cama. El cambio según ellos era para mejor porque la habitación tenia vistas a la plaza y eso se paga, cuando yo solo iba una noche y solo fui a dormir por lo que yo quería buenas camas, no vistas. Un hotel de este PRECIO creo que por contentar a un cliente que prolonga un día mas su estancia y no lo cambian de habitación, tenga que perjudicar a otro, es la primera vez que me sucede esto, la sensación es de estafa, de que te están intentando convencer de algo que es mejor y tu no lo ves porque no cubre las necesidades por la que la contrataste, y como era solo una noche con eso te quedas. No te dan soluciones ya que a toro pasado.... pues eso mal sabor y encima sus errores de gestión como no avisarte en el check in del cambio, tener habitaciones en plataformas donde los niños son niños hasta los 17 años que para ellos son solo hasta los 11 y encima te echan la culpa a ti, la situación desagradable de que en el desayuno te llamen la atención porque tu hija tiene 15 y no es niño cuando el error es de ellos una vez ya echo el check in ya deberían habernos registrado según su política como 4 adultos. Una situación donde NO te dan Solución porque no la hay, pero tampoco te dan ninguna gratificación económica.
