"My stay was very easy and with no glitches. The staff is super helpful and cheerful, the location is great for getting into Bonn by tram, and especially during the summer being next to the Rhine is a wonderful amenity. There are great restaurants nearby."

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."
