"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!"

"Tuvimos una estancia muy acojedora ya que llevamos a mi pequeño y hay un área de niños que él disfrutó, la habitación amplia, lo que si no nos gustó mucho fue el horario del desayuno ya que si dices 9:30 tienes que ser exacto y cuando van de vacaciones a veces no puede pasar eso ya que puedes estar cansado o por jet lag pero de lo demás súper bien nos gustó mucho y el lugar muy bonito."

"Stayed only for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to most major scenic places and train and bus stations. The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...

"A bit of commute to the property if you on your feet but the views are worth it. Room was clean, views from balcony were amazing, breakfast was a top notch! Staff was very friendly and left me the option for self check in. Our best stay in Lucern!"
