"Family of 5 3 kids, the room we stayed in was spacious, the Breakfast was Amazing! The kids loved it, the Staff was so nice and Helpful! Nice area close to Costco and other shopping places I would stay here again! The patio was really nice too"

"Better off saving your money and sleeping outside than here. Worst hotel in the area by far. Pillows were flat and old (yellow stains) bathroom smelled like someone took a fresh dump and left it plus the water pressure in the shower I’ve had better from a garden hose. On top of that the area is sketch and I was worried when I was a wooden bar in the window to keep people from coming in.. again go elsewhere"

"The room was outdated and there was cigarette burns on the comforter. The shower did not work so were not able to shower before our brother's graduation.The room backed up to an alley which seemed very unsafe. There was also homeless on the property."

"I stepped out of the shower and walked across the room. I went to dry my feet and they were filthy. So I took my towel and mopped the floor and it was black when I was done. Tub faucet was broken and tub was filthy. Bed was like a cheap fold out couch. Made reservations through Expedia and had a refund due. This motel was delaying and making excuses while it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally had to get Expedia to have a chat with them. Went for a coffee in the morning and they were out....

"They don't automatically return your deposit, which I was unaware of and it took several phone calls to an EXTREMELY rude staff member to finally get it back. Also, the entire outside of the property is teaming with homeless."

"Room was a bit small for four adults. The room only had three bath towels in it, though we reserved for four adults. Breakfast buffet was typical for Holiday Inn Express which means acceptable. Not gourmet, but tasty and filling. Quiet considering the location. Will stay again if we go back to the area and need a hotel."
