Güzel bir Otel

Navigasyon, ana bulvara götürdü ancak Otel girişi ve otoparkı arka taraftaymış Kolayca check-in yaptık odamıza çıktık, Klima direkt çalışıyor ve yatağa doğru yönelmiş durumda farklı yöne ayar yapılamıyor. Oda ve banyo düzgün temiz oda ve banyodaki malzemeler yeterli. Konumu mükemmel bulunduğu cadde 24 saat yaşıyor. Bir de serpme olmasına rağmen Nefis bir kahvaltısı vardı ki en beğendiğim yanı o oldu galiba.Bir gece kaldık sabah kolayca check-out yaptık. Tek olumsuz yanı gece odanın kilidi açılmadı görevli master kart ile de açamadı mekanik anahtarla açabildi,ancak sabah kilit çalışıyordu

Hayal kırıklığı

Eskişehir otel fiyatları aşağı yukarı aynı seviyede, dolayısı ile seçim kriterim Hotels.com puanlaması oldu ki benim seçim yaptığım sırada 10 puan almıştı. Ancak bu puanlama tamamen yalan olduğunu daha otelin kapısına gelir gelmez anlıyorsunuz. Otel eski ve bakımsız, tuvaletinden perdesine herşey eskimiş ve pis. Otel yönetiminin de herhangi bir düzeltmeye niyeti olmadığı belli. Çalışanlara diyecek hiç bir sözüm yok, oldukça nazik ve yardım severler. Kahvaltıyı otelin altındaki Pub'da alıyorsunuz, ancak adı "Pub" olduğu için 4 tarafı kapalı bile olsa sigara içiliyor ve uyarıda bulunduğum halde burada içilebilir yanıtı aldım. Oysa otelde pandemi dolayısı ile klima bile çalıştırmadıklarını söylerken bu durum oldukça manidar. Konumu açısından uygun olsa da kalmanızı önermem.

Otelin konumu gayet merkezi, çalışanlar son derece nazik, konuksever ve canayakın, kaldığım oda da son derece konforluydu, teşekkürler.

Klima çalışmıyordu, kahvaltı açık büfe değil...

Konum çok merkezi, otopark yeterli. Sessizlik güzeldi. Oteli seçmemdeki tek sebep açık büfe kahvaltı ve otoparktı. Tabi klima zaten vardır dedim. Klima çalışmıyordu. Terden canımız çıktı. Sabahın 9 kusurunde bağırarak temizlik yapanlar sayesinde uyanıp kahvaltıya inebildik. Ama kahvaltı burada yazdığı gibi açık büfe değil. Börek simit poğaça omlet falan yok yani. Bunu reception daki arkadaşa söyledim, Hotels com dan rezervasyon yaptıysanız orada yanlış yazıyor kusura bakmayın dedi. Aksiyon almadı. Garson arkadaş mutfaktan izin alarak iki tane ufak popaça getirdi sağolsun. Bi de klima çalışmıyor dediğimde o klima çalışır siz yanlış tuşa basıyorsunuzdur diyip yardım etmediler sağolsunlar. Ama güleryüzlüler. Fiyatı da eskişehir otellerinin altında. Temiz otel. Yatak bayağı sertti. 100 küsür otelde kalmışımdır, en sert iki üç yataktan biriydi. Ama süsler eşyalar falan güzel. Özenmişler belli. Ama bir daha burayı seçmem.
