"Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment for my icepacks. So took it to the reception to place it in their freezer. On the day of checkout found out that the icepacks were left in the refrigerator compartment and told me that they didn't have a freezer. No food, snacks or drinks were allowed to be taken to your room for a person with diabetes to snack on when their sugar gets low"

"The hotel is a great fit for business travelers and the cruise ship crowd. Very clean (attention to detail was big). Very good breakfast. It might be a bit fancy for leisure travelers. The gym is small and it is hard to lift weights because of lack of space. The big downside was the cost of laundry. We thought the price was in local currency and not USD.
