"Overall the property is beautiful and the pool/ outdoor amenities are so nice. What lowered my star rating was the gym. First, it's in the basement... whats that all about... you have this beautiful view and you stick the treadmills/ weights/ equipment in a room with no windows? Furthermore, it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there, no fans, no water station, no towels, no wipes for the equipment. Awful gym experience. Completely not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I did really like...

"Struttura nel complesso ottima. Le cose che non mi sono piaciute sono state il parcheggio a pagamento, 18€ al giorno, se si vuole parcheggiare all’interno della struttura. Al di fuori i posti auto non sono accessibili, bisogna girare parecchio. La cucina e la pulizia degli ambienti perfetti. Il personale, in particolar modo Piera, molto disponibili."
