"The hotel is different to other hotels with regards to its catering for large work conference type of meetings. This meant that the restaurants was full at both Lunch and dinner. They offered to allow me to eat food in the reception area....I tried to have room service, but there was a very high charge, with the food being very pricey already. "What a gem! I've found my new favourite place to stay in Helsinki. The location is beautiful, on a small peninsula full of forest and nature, while only a 10min bus/bike/car journey from the city centre. The building is an architectural and design masterpiece from the 1970s, with art spread throughout the areas of the hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated masterfully to respect the character and era of the building. Sea views from EVERY room! Staff are friendly without being overbearing....

"Overall great beautiful place to stay. The hotel was by seaside and there was lovely road to walk around. The staff was polite and we got a couple hours later check out time for free. The parking area was bit small, so if you are arriving late there might not be room. Also on the room, there was bit damage to the floor and it was bubbling from one spot."
