"20th floor gave an exceptional view of the bay and surrounding areas. It was walking distance to restaurants and museums and events. The breakfast they delivered to our room at a time we picked, and it was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship. Just a wonderful place to stay. Our only Disappointment was they left the blinds open when we were out of the room and when we returned, it was awfully warm. Because it’s Iceland...

"It had a full dinner menu and a lovely breakfast. Margit at front desk was excellent. Clean room. No amenities except liquid soap which is typical in this area."

"Arriving was such a great experience, how check in should be, almost immediate and giving useful information. The room was clean and spacious, the scenery out the window divine 😍. The only improvement I could recommend is to have a fridge in the room, although again the staff were lovely giving free ice for our water jugs. The was also no control for heating, so it did get a little warm later in the summer day, but I guess it's a minor quibble. The areas around is fantastic, and true Finnish...
