"This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable.
What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk.
The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive and the food is very good. I ate dinner there twice. I was content with the food.
There are many shops including the one at the hotel, which offers a ten percent discount and a free candle for the candlelight procession at 9 pm."
