Overall great experience at Strand Palace. Fabulous location in Covent Garden with access to restaurants, stores, theatre and three different Underground stations each within 1/4. As you arrived at the hotel everything smelt lovely. The service ar the front desk was excellent, in fact all the staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel was spotless, room spacious and breakfast excellent.
