"Room was very clean along with building facilities. Staff pleasant, with someone always at the front desk and can speak multiple languages, English as well. Even with the shared washroom option chosen, there was always two available shower/washrooms so never had to wait. Microwave+ kettles available, along with clean mini fridge in room. Surrounding roads are going under massive construction, which is only an issue if you are driving. "

"I’m not quite sure where this hotel gets the rating of 4.5 stars. Staff seemed uninterested and the room was abysmal. Air conditioning did not work whatsoever and despite being able to crack the terrace door open the room remained incredibly hot and difficult to sleep in. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and stiff. I am not picky when it comes to mattresses but this one was truly painful to sleep on. "The room was clean and acceptable not spotless. Staff were superb and for the most part the hotel is somewhere I would stay again. Three factors that could be improved. I would like a kettle and fascilities to make coffee in my room. A fridge would have been great, Although a machine was avilablke f9r coofee in he reception this is not ideal.
