It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable...

"Venue avec mon fils sur Lille dans cet hôtel, je suis ravie de la prestation offerte par cet hôtel. Bien placé ( ligne de bus juste devant pour aller à la gare rapidement), très bien accueillis et petit déjeuner copieux et varié. La chambre était assez grande, lits très confortables. On nous a même proposé un service de bagagerie pour être plus libre pour visiter la ville. Je recommande. "
