"La publicidad de hotel es engañosa porque no es un hotel boutique y es un hotel Máximo de dos estrellas ya que los servicios son pésimos, toallas viejas y rotas, faltan cobijas para las camas, el baño no tenia ni si quiera manijas, la caja fuerte no serví, pedí comida y cuando baje e de la recepción dormía, la ubicación es pésima ya que está enfrente de una avenida donde hay mucho ruido eso sin mencionar que a un lado del edificio que es muy viejo por cierto están construyendo por lo que es...

"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time.
